Artist Statement
"I love to share my passion of art through painting, pottery and teaching others. I grew up on the frontrange of the Rocky Mountains and now live surrounded by hills and open spaces, which influence my artwork in western and botanical images. I love to paint multiple watercolor/ gouache layers and also use an airbrush for special effects. My pottery is usually sculpted and textured and painted with western images. I enjoy painting from an experience and can tell you a story about my works of art, which include wildflowers, scenics and even horned toads.
